In many small businesses, the owner is their own right hand. They’re the one who knows where every order is, chases the supplier and answers the customer when nobody else knows. Hey Will exists to take that running around out of the day for anyone who runs a company, or leads a team.
What Will does
Will works in the systems your company already uses: the ERP, such as Bling, Omie or TOTVS; the banks, through Open Finance (regulated by Brazil’s Central Bank); the store, the CRM, the marketplaces, email and WhatsApp. It chases things down between systems and people, solves what can be solved and works for the whole company, not just one person.
You ask, Will does it. And tells you when it’s done.
People first
Will multiplies what people can get done. It doesn’t replace anyone. The decisions, the hard conversations and the direction of the company stay with people.
- Will does the repetitive work: finding, gathering, chasing, updating and letting people know.
- You decide what Will does on its own and what it brings to you. Payments and anything you mark as sensitive always go through you.
- Every action gets a receipt: what was done, in which system and based on what.
We only call it done when it’s done
For Will, a task only ends when the result has happened: the supplier sent the new date, the order shipped, the customer got the right answer. The same rule applies to this site: we don’t publish a number we can’t back up. What changes in Will goes into What’s new.
