Hey Will
Will

Right now, you’re the one figuring out whether you can promise the date.

Before you promise anything, Will checks stock, purchases and deliveries in Bling. It follows up on proposals in RD Station, by email or WhatsApp, and keeps every deal moving.

Today, without Will

Every back-and-forth becomes Will’s work.

This is the back-and-forth of an ordinary day. Will takes all of it on and tells you when it’s done.

Your day so far5back-and-forths
  1. A customer asked for 200 units by the 15th
  2. Asked Caio if the supplier could deliver
  3. Waited for Helena’s OK on the discount
  4. Updated the proposal in ClickUp
  5. Called to confirm what was already confirmed

I’ll check. You just close the deal.

What Will takes off your plate

Can you promise it?

Will checks stock, open purchases and delivery dates before you answer the customer.

Discounts within the rules

Will works out the margin on each order and applies the discount that fits your company’s policy, with the math right in the proposal.

Proposals that don’t go cold

Stalled deals in RD Station get a follow-up at the right time, by email or WhatsApp, in your tone.

Your CRM always up to date

Every conversation, proposal and reply goes into RD Station without anyone typing it, and the pipeline shows what’s really happening.

Deal closed, order entered

When the customer says yes, Will enters the order in Bling and tells operations the date that was promised.

Quick guide

How to use AI in sales: 5 practical uses

In sales, AI helps you prepare for the conversation, put the proposal together and keep the pipeline moving, without making up lead times or prices. Here are five things Will does in the CRM, the ERP and email. Anything that becomes a promise to a customer comes from the system, not from memory.

  1. Meeting prepBefore the Google Meet call, Will sends you a customer brief: what they bought, what they complained about to customer service and what’s still open in RD Station. You walk in knowing what to ask.
  2. Proposals from your notesAfter the conversation, Will turns your notes into a proposal with scope, quantities, timeline and terms. Prices and discounts come from the official price list, and stock comes from Bling.
  3. Answers to objectionsWill collects the objections that come up most in emails and in RD Station, such as price, lead time and shipping, and writes short, honest answers for each one. The team practices with them before using them with customers.
  4. This week’s pipeline in a few linesEvery Monday, Will checks RD Station and sends what moved forward, what’s been stuck for more than two weeks and what could close this month. It becomes the agenda for the sales meeting.
  5. Follow-ups with a reasonWill sends each follow-up with something new: the delivery date, an answered question, the proposal’s expiration date. "Just checking in" usually goes unanswered.

Before you promise a date, ask Will how much is in stock and which purchase orders arrive before the customer’s date: see check stock before you promise.

Can I promise 200 units by the 15th?

Will

There are 120 in stock. The other 80 depend on Caio’s purchase, which arrives on the 12th. You can, with three days to spare.

And an 8% discount?

Will

It fits. At 8%, the margin stays at 31%, within the discount policy for orders over 150 units. I’ve already updated the proposal in RD Station.

Frequently asked questions

Does Will replace my CRM?

No. It works inside the CRM you already use, like RD Station, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Agendor, and brings stock, purchases and orders from the ERP into one answer.

Does it talk to customers?

It does. Will sends follow-ups, confirms dates and answers questions in your tone, by email or WhatsApp, and tells you what the customer said.

Who decides on discounts?

You decide what Will does on its own and what it brings to you: Will applies a discount that’s within your policy, and anything beyond it comes to you. Payments and anything you mark as sensitive always go through you, and everything gets a receipt.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Will is on iPhone and Mac: you ask about stock in front of the customer, and it answers on the spot.
