Hey Will
Will

Right now, you’re the one finding out on site the materials didn’t arrive.

Will works in your company’s Omie, WhatsApp, Gmail and ClickUp. It ties each purchase to the phase of the build that depends on it, chases any supplier who hasn’t confirmed and puts together the progress billing from what the subcontractor sent.

Today, without Will

Every back-and-forth becomes Will’s work.

This is the back-and-forth of an ordinary day. Will takes all of it on and tells you when it’s done.

Your day so far5back-and-forths
  1. Called to find out if the cement ships today
  2. Found out on site that the wrong porcelain tile came in
  3. Asked for three window and door quotes by email
  4. Pulled together photos and a spreadsheet for the subcontractor’s progress billing
  5. Explained to the client why the phase ran late

Leave the delivery tracking to me. You run the build.

What Will takes off your plate

Each purchase tied to its phase

Will matches open purchase orders in Omie against the build schedule in ClickUp and shows which delivery puts which phase at risk.

Suppliers chased before the delay

A delivery with no date or an email with no reply: Will chases the supplier by email and on WhatsApp and gives the site the new date.

Three quotes without the chasing

Will asks your usual suppliers for quotes and puts the answers in one spreadsheet, with price and lead time side by side.

Progress billing without the paper chase

When it’s time for progress billing, Will gathers what the subcontractor sent, the photos from the site’s group chat and the phase’s tasks, and builds the spreadsheet for you to finalize the numbers.

The client always in the loop

Every week, the client gets what moved on the build, with photos and what comes next.

Quick guide

AI in construction: 5 practical uses for builders

At a construction company, AI helps you compare bids, keep the daily site log organized and gather what each progress measurement requires, without retyping everything. Here are five things Will does in the ERP, the job site’s WhatsApp and ClickUp. Technical and safety decisions belong to the engineer.

  1. Bids compared line by lineWill compares the bids for windows and doors, electrical or concrete that came in by email: what each one includes, the timeline and what was left out. The cheapest one sometimes doesn’t include installation.
  2. A daily site log from a voice noteThe site foreman sends a WhatsApp voice note at the end of the day, and Will turns it into the daily log: work done, crews, weather, incidents and materials delivered. Everything is dated for the progress measurement and for the client.
  3. Progress measurements checked against the contractWill checks the contractor’s progress measurement against the contract and the schedule: quantities, stages and amounts. Any differences get discussed before payment.
  4. Materials by stage, with datesFrom the specifications and the schedule, Will builds the materials list for each stage, with the day they need to be on site, and opens the purchase in TOTVS in time. Buying on time keeps crews from standing idle.
  5. A weekly report for the clientEvery Friday, Will sends the client the progress on each stage, the photos and any changes to the timeline. The client keeps up without having to call the engineer.

Will links every outstanding material to its stage of the schedule in ClickUp and chases the supplier for the new delivery date: see how Will follows up with construction suppliers.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with our construction management software?

Yes. Will works with Omie, TOTVS, SAP and other ERPs, with banks through Open Finance (regulated by Brazil’s Central Bank), and with the build’s WhatsApp, email, ClickUp and spreadsheets. And if your construction software has a login, Will uses it too.

What about the site’s WhatsApp group?

Will reads the group’s messages and photos, links each one to the right phase and flags it when someone mentions missing materials.

Does Will place purchase orders?

Yes. It gets the quote, enters the order in the ERP and tracks the delivery until it reaches the site. You decide what Will does on its own and what it brings to you. Payments and anything you mark as sensitive always go through you, and everything gets a receipt.

Does it work for small renovations?

Yes. Whether you have one project or many, Will keeps track of suppliers, purchases and deadlines in the systems you already use.
