Supplies that don’t run out
Will tracks usage in the spreadsheet, orders from the supplier before anything runs out and chases late deliveries.
Will handles your clinic’s admin in Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Gmail and Conta Azul: supplies, staff schedules, contracts and deadlines. Patient records and patient data stay out of Will, because health data is sensitive under the LGPD, Brazil’s data protection law.

Hey Will, restock supplies at both locations.

Today, without Will
This is the back-and-forth of an ordinary day. Will takes all of it on and tells you when it’s done.
Leave the admin to me. You take care of the patients.
Will tracks usage in the spreadsheet, orders from the supplier before anything runs out and chases late deliveries.
Days off, shift swaps and vacations that come in on WhatsApp and by email become the month’s schedule in Google Calendar, with no gaps at either location.
Will tracks the deadlines for operating permits, licenses, equipment maintenance and health plan contracts, and warns the person in charge well ahead of time.
Supplier invoices go into Conta Azul with their due dates, and health plan payments are checked against the bank through Open Finance (regulated by Brazil’s Central Bank).
Quick guide
At a clinic, AI is for the administrative side: appointment confirmations, no-shows, health plans, staff schedules and suppliers. Here are five things Will does in the calendar, WhatsApp and the management inbox. Medical records and health data stay out of Will.
At the clinic, Will stays on the administrative side, with the calendar, WhatsApp and the management inbox, and you decide what it does on its own: see how Will handles permissions and data.

Example: Clínica Vila Serena (fictional), a 26-person physical therapy and Pilates clinic with two locations.
What’s due at the clinic this month?
Three things: the operating permit renewal for the Centro location on the 28th, the equipment maintenance contract on the 30th, and a health plan’s new fee schedule, waiting on a reply since Tuesday.
Can you create the tasks and reply to the health plan?
Created both tasks in ClickUp, each with an owner. I asked the health plan for the full fee schedule as a spreadsheet, to compare it with the current one.

No. Health data is sensitive personal data under the LGPD, and Will stays on the clinic’s admin side: suppliers, staff, contracts and deadlines.
Yes, with the administrative ones. Will works with Conta Azul, Omie and other ERPs, with banks through Open Finance, and with the admin team’s Google Calendar, WhatsApp and email. And if your admin system has a login, Will uses it too.
Connect the admin inbox to Will and keep patient contact in a separate one. That way, health data doesn’t go through Will. The details are in Security and LGPD.
