Frequently asked questions
Is Will an AI agent?
Yes, in the sense that it does the work instead of just answering. But it doesn’t work for one person: it’s the right hand of the company, or of a team, and it does the work in the systems you already use.
How is it different from a personal AI assistant?
A personal assistant works for one person. Will works for the company, or for one of its teams: it knows the systems and does the work in them. See the comparisons.
Do I need to switch systems?
No. Will works with what you already use: Bling, Omie, Tiny, TOTVS, SAP and other ERPs, your banks through Open Finance, your store, your CRM and the marketplaces. And if a system has a login, Will uses that too.
Does Will do everything on its own?
It does what you allow and brings the rest to you. Payments and anything you mark as sensitive always go through you, and everything gets a receipt. See Security and LGPD.
