What’s due this week
Boletos and invoices that arrive by email go straight into accounts payable in Bling, sorted by date.
Will gathers boletos (bank slips), invoices and statements from Gmail, from Bling and from every bank through Open Finance. It enters the bills in accounts payable, checks what came in over Pix (Brazil’s instant payments) and shows what’s due and what’s overdue.

Today, without Will
This is the back-and-forth of an ordinary day. Will takes all of it on and tells you when it’s done.
Let me check and log it all. I’ll tell you how the week closes.
Boletos and invoices that arrive by email go straight into accounts payable in Bling, sorted by date.
Will matches orders and boletos against what came into the bank, through Pix and through Mercado Pago, and chases whoever is overdue.
Through Open Finance, Will matches every account’s statement against payables and receivables and shows what doesn’t match.
What’s coming in, what’s going out and the projected balance, with the numbers from the bank and Bling in a single view.
Every entry shows where it came from: the boleto, the invoice, the email and the statement. Your accountant gets the month already organized.
Quick guide
In finance, AI helps you keep due dates in order, read documents and explain the numbers. Here are five things Will does in the ERP, in your bank accounts through Open Finance and in the finance inbox.
Will also matches every inflow and outflow on the bank statement against what’s in the ERP and sorts out whatever doesn’t match: see bank reconciliation with Will.
