Will handles routine work directly, like asking a late supplier for a new date, and tells you afterward. Anything you mark as sensitive goes to whoever decides, with the context attached, and only moves forward with that person’s approval.
Will sorts out what’s due, checks it against the boleto (bank slip) and the invoice, and gets it ready. Nothing leaves the bank without your authorization.
