Does it work with our ERP?
Yes. Will works with TOTVS, SAP, Omie, Bling and other ERPs, with banks through Open Finance, with CRMs like Pipedrive and RD Station, and with your carriers. And if the system has a login, Will uses it too.
What about orders that come in on WhatsApp?
Will reads the orders reps send on WhatsApp, even the rushed ones, works out the customer, items and quantities, and enters them in the ERP. If something’s missing, like a color or a quantity, it asks the rep.
Does it talk to retailers and carriers?
Yes. It gives the retailer the new date, books the pickup with the carrier and chases any delivery issue until it’s resolved. Every message stays linked to the order.
Does Will give discounts or change prices?
Only if you let it. You decide what Will does on its own and what it brings to you. Discounts, payments and anything you mark as sensitive always go through you, and everything gets a receipt.
