Before you promise a date, ask Will.
Will checks stock in the ERP, open purchase orders and what suppliers have promised, and tells you whether you can make the date, with sources. Once the date is set, it replies to the customer and reserves the items in the ERP.

Before and after Will
Without Will
- You promise the date and then find out you’re out of stock.
- You ask purchasing and wait for an answer with the customer on the line.
- The same stock gets promised to two customers.
With Will
- Stock in the ERP. How much you have of each product, straight from Bling, Omie, Tiny or whatever ERP you use.
- Purchases on the way. What was ordered and the date the supplier promised by email or on WhatsApp.
- A clear answer. Yes, no, or yes with room to spare, with the numbers and the sources.
- Date promised, items reserved. Once the date is set, Will replies to the customer with it and reserves the items in the ERP, so nobody promises the same stock twice.
A day with Will
Example: Lume Casa (fictional), a home-goods online store with 38 people.
Can I promise 60 linen cushion covers by the 20th?
There are 24 in stock today. The other 36 depend on the linen from Têxtil Norte, which ships Friday. The 20th works, with three days to spare, if Têxtil delivers.
Then I’ll promise the 22nd, to be safe.
Makes sense. I replied to the customer with the 22nd and reserved the 24 pieces in Bling. The other 36 are earmarked for Friday’s linen.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the stock data come from?
From the company’s ERP, the store and the marketplaces. Will shows where it got every number, so anyone can check.
Does Will reserve stock for the customer?
Yes. Once the date is agreed, it reserves the items in the ERP so the same stock isn’t promised twice, and lets the salesperson know.
Does it work with my ERP?
Yes. Will works with Bling, Omie, Tiny, TOTVS, SAP and other ERPs, with your store and the marketplaces. And if a system has a login, Will uses it too.
