This week’s agenda, with what’s stuck and who decides.
Before the meeting, Will pulls together stalled tasks, late orders and pending decisions, with the reason and a link for each item. After it, every decision becomes a task, with an owner and a due date.

Before and after Will
Without Will
- The agenda gets built from scratch the day before.
- What’s stuck only comes up when someone remembers to mention it.
- The decision gets pushed to the next meeting, again.
With Will
- What stalled and why. Tasks that haven’t moved in ClickUp and late orders in the ERP, with the likely reason.
- What needs a decision. The calls only one person can make, with the context attached.
- The agenda, ready before the meeting. On the meeting card or in the Google Calendar invite, with a link for every item.
- Afterward, decisions become tasks. Will notes what was decided in Google Meet and creates each task, with an owner and a due date.

Example: Lume Casa (fictional), a home-goods online store with 38 people.
Can you put together tomorrow’s agenda?
Four items. The summer launch is waiting on the studio’s photos, the gift kit price is waiting on Helena, the linen is holding up two orders and shipping to the South is waiting on the carrier’s new rate table.
Put the pricing decision first.
Done. The agenda is on the meeting card, with all four links. And I’ve already chased the studio: the photos arrive tomorrow at 09:00.

Frequently asked questions
Does the agenda show up on its own before every meeting?
Yes, at the time the team chooses. You can also ask for the agenda whenever you want.
Do I need ClickUp?
No. Will reads tasks wherever the team works, like ClickUp or a Google Sheet, and cross-checks them with the ERP and email. And if the tool has a login, Will uses it too.
Does Will join the meeting?
It doesn’t need to. It reads the Google Meet transcript, notes what was decided and turns each decision into a task, with an owner and a due date.
