Hey Will
Will

Right now, you’re the one putting together every funder’s report.

Will works in your ClickUp, Gmail and WhatsApp, and in the bank through Open Finance (regulated by Brazil’s Central Bank). It gathers what each project did for the funder’s report, tracks grant deadlines and thanks every donor the day their donation comes in.

Today, without Will

Every back-and-forth becomes Will’s work.

This is the back-and-forth of an ordinary day. Will takes all of it on and tells you when it’s done.

What Will takes off your plate

What each project did

Will pulls together what moved in ClickUp, email and WhatsApp photos and builds the report in each funder’s template.

Financial reports without hunting for invoices

Each project’s spending comes straight from the bank statement through Open Finance, with the invoice for each expense attached, and Will asks whoever spent the money for any missing invoice.

Grant and report deadlines

Grant calls, reports and renewals show up with who’s responsible and what’s missing, and Will follows up with the team before they’re due.

Every donation thanked

When a donation hits the bank, Will records it in the donor spreadsheet and sends thanks the same day, by email or WhatsApp.

Volunteers on the right shifts

Will builds the volunteer schedule in Google Calendar, confirms on WhatsApp and finds a replacement when someone can’t make it.

Quick guide

How to use AI at a nonprofit: 5 practical uses

At a nonprofit, AI helps you adapt projects to grant calls, prepare reports for funders and keep donors close. Here are five things Will does in email, spreadsheets and the nonprofit’s bank accounts through Open Finance. Numbers and stories need to be real and have a source.

  1. Projects adapted to the grant callWill reads the grant call and the base project and builds a table of what the call asks for and where the project answers it. Whatever’s missing shows up before the deadline.
  2. Activity reports with a paper trailWill compiles attendance lists, captioned photos and team notes into a report for the period, organized by project goal. Every number comes with a record of where it came from.
  3. Spending organized by budget lineWill reads the outflows from the nonprofit’s accounts through Open Finance, assigns each expense to the project’s budget line and flags anything over budget. Reporting to funders starts out organized.
  4. Thank-you notes that show resultsWill sends each donor a thank-you that says what their donation made possible, with a real fact from the project. One concrete fact is worth more than a generic thank-you.
  5. Welcoming volunteersFor each new volunteer, Will sends a short guide: what the nonprofit does, the house rules, who to talk to and what to do on the first day.

In Will, every expense is recorded with who requested it, for which project and on what day, and that history comes in handy when it’s time to report to funders: see how Will keeps every record.

Frequently asked questions

Does Will write the report for the funder?

Yes, in each funder’s template, with what each project did in the period and the source of every number.

Does it work with our nonprofit’s systems?

Yes. Will works with ClickUp, spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp, with ERPs like Conta Azul and Omie, and with banks through Open Finance. And if your nonprofit’s system has a login, Will uses it too.

Does it handle donations in the bank?

Yes. Through Open Finance, Will sees every donation that comes in, records it in the donor spreadsheet, sends thanks and matches each project’s spending to its invoices.

What about data on the people you serve?

Will handles the management side: projects, donors and deadlines, and each person sees only what they should. You decide what Will does on its own and what it brings to you. Payments and anything you mark as sensitive always go through you, and everything gets a receipt. The details are in Security and LGPD.
