Does Will email the supplier?

Yes, and it messages them on WhatsApp too, in the company’s voice. You decide what Will does on its own and what it brings to you. Payments and anything you mark as sensitive always go through you, and everything gets a receipt.

What if the supplier replies on WhatsApp?

Will reads and replies there too. A date agreed on WhatsApp counts just like one in an email: it goes into the purchase order, with the conversation as the source.

Does it keep a history for each supplier?

Yes: who replies fast, who runs late and what was agreed, with the conversations as the source.
