Hey Will
Task

An email that needs action becomes a task, with an owner and a due date.

Will reads the company’s email, in Gmail or Outlook, picks out what needs action and creates the task in ClickUp, with an owner, a due date and the email as the source. The simple ones, it handles on the spot. The rest, it follows until someone replies.

Before and after Will

Without Will

  • The customer’s request sits unread until someone remembers it.
  • You copy the email into ClickUp by hand and forget the attachment.
  • Nobody knows who was supposed to reply.

With Will

  • Reads the inbox. In Gmail or Outlook, it separates what needs action from what’s just information.
  • Creates the task. In ClickUp, with a clear title, an owner, a due date and the email linked as the source.
  • Handles the simple ones. A copy of a boleto (bank slip), a confirmation that something arrived, an invoice request: Will replies right away and closes the task.
  • Follows up until someone replies. Unanswered emails resurface before they turn into complaints.

Did anything come in today that needs me?

Will

Three emails. Têxtil Norte sent the linen invoice, a customer asked for a copy of a boleto and the accountant asked for the month-end close. I’ve already sent the copy, and the invoice is entered in Bling.

And the month-end close?

Will

It’s a task in ClickUp now, assigned to you, due Friday, with the accountant’s email linked.

Frequently asked questions

Does Will read all of the company’s email?

It reads the inboxes you connect, and each person sees only what they’re allowed to see. The details are in Security and LGPD (Brazil’s data protection law).

Does it have to be ClickUp?

No. Will creates tasks wherever the team already works, like ClickUp or a Google Sheet. And if your tool has a login, Will uses it too.

Does it work with Outlook?

Yes. Will works with Gmail and Outlook, and tasks get created the same way in both.
