Hey Will
Will

Right now, you’re the one chasing every delivery.

Will keeps track of orders, suppliers and deliveries in Bling, Nuvemshop, Mercado Livre and Melhor Envio. It unblocks whatever stalled, chases whoever owes an answer and tells you what it solved.

Today, without Will

Every back-and-forth becomes Will’s work.

This is the back-and-forth of an ordinary day. Will takes all of it on and tells you when it’s done.

Your day so far5back-and-forths
  1. Opened the ERP to see what was late
  2. Asked Caio if the linen had arrived

Leave the chasing to me. I’ll tell you what I solved.

What Will takes off your plate

Stuck orders start moving again

Will cross-checks orders, stock and emails, finds what stalled and why, and fixes what it can: issues the invoice, creates the label, chases the supplier.

A plan for every open item

Every open order becomes a task in ClickUp, with an owner and next steps, and Will follows each one through to the end.

Suppliers and carriers chased

Will writes to suppliers and carriers over Gmail or WhatsApp, gets the new date in writing and updates the order in Bling.

ClickUp always up to date

Order cards change along with Bling and the emails. Nobody has to copy statuses from one place to another.

Quick guide

How to use AI in operations: 5 practical uses

In operations, AI helps you see what’s stuck, understand why and get it moving again without opening five systems. Here are five things Will does every day in the ERP, the online store, the carrier’s system and email.

  1. A daily exceptions listEvery morning, Will goes through Bling, Nuvemshop and Melhor Envio and brings you only what’s out of the ordinary: orders without an invoice, deliveries without a date, purchases without confirmation. Whatever is flowing normally doesn’t need you.
  2. Long email threads turned into next stepsIn a long email thread, Will finds what was agreed, what’s still pending and with whom, and creates the task in ClickUp with an owner and a date.
  3. Delays grouped by causeWill sorts the month’s delays by reason, such as stockouts, suppliers, fulfillment or carriers, by cross-checking Bling against Correios and Melhor Envio tracking. It becomes clear which bottleneck keeps coming back.
  4. Operating rules in one documentFrom the team’s emails and conversations, Will gathers the rules that right now live in someone’s head: when express shipping is worth it, what to do when an item is missing. Then it follows those rules on every order.
  5. Shift handoffAt the end of the workday, Will posts in the team’s WhatsApp what’s still open, with the next step for each item. Whoever starts tomorrow knows where to pick up.

Anything that’s stalled becomes a task with a next step before anyone asks: see how Will finds stalled work.

What’s late today?

Will

Three orders. #1842 is waiting on linen from Têxtil Norte, which promised it for Friday. The other two just needed labels: I created them in Melhor Envio, and they go out with the 16:00 pickup.

M
Marinaoperations

Can you confirm Friday with Têxtil?

Will

I asked for confirmation in writing, on the order’s email thread, and let Bia know. I’ll tell you as soon as Têxtil replies.

Frequently asked questions

Does Will replace my management software?

No. Will works inside the systems you already use, like Bling, Nuvemshop, Mercado Livre, email and ClickUp. It pulls everything into one answer and does the work right there.

Does it do things on its own?

It does. You decide what Will does on its own and what it brings to you. Payments and anything you mark as sensitive always go through you, and everything gets a receipt.

Does it work with my ERP?

Yes. Will works with Bling, Omie, Tiny, TOTVS, SAP and other ERPs, with your banks through Open Finance, and with your store, your CRM and the marketplaces. And if a system has a login, Will uses it too.

Do I need to train Will?

Not in the traditional sense. It learns how your company works by reading the connected systems, and anything you teach it once stays in the company memory.
