Do I need to learn commands?
No. You write the way you’d write to someone at work. If a request could be read two ways, Will asks.
Where do the answers come from?
From the systems your company already uses. Will works with Bling, Omie, Tiny, TOTVS, SAP and other ERPs, with your banks through Open Finance (regulated by Brazil’s Central Bank), and with your store, CRM, email and ClickUp. Every answer shows its sources.
What if it doesn’t know?
It tells you what it couldn’t see instead of guessing, and checks another system when the answer might be there.
Is the chat just mine?
No. Will belongs to the company, not to one person. The whole team talks to the same Will, and each person sees only what they should. See Team chat.
