Hey Will
Will

Right now, you’re the one answering "my password doesn’t work."

Will picks up the IT requests that come in by email and WhatsApp, grants and removes access in Bling, Nuvemshop and ClickUp, and keeps the inventory up to date. Anything that needs you becomes a prioritized task.

Today, without Will

Every back-and-forth becomes Will’s work.

This is the back-and-forth of an ordinary day. Will takes all of it on and tells you when it’s done.

Your day so far5back-and-forths
  1. Three access requests in my inbox
  2. Looked up who approved the ERP access
  3. Answered the same printer question again
  4. Updated the inventory spreadsheet
  5. Found a forgotten request from yesterday

Let me handle today’s requests. I’ll tell you what’s done.

What Will takes off your plate

Requests become tasks

Whatever comes in by email or WhatsApp becomes a task with who asked and by when, linked to ClickUp.

Access the same day

New hires get email, Bling, Nuvemshop and ClickUp with the right permissions. Anyone who leaves loses all of it the same day, and there’s a receipt for every access.

Nothing forgotten

Unanswered requests surface before they turn into complaints, and Will tells whoever asked what was done.

Inventory up to date

Laptops, licenses and subscriptions in a spreadsheet Will updates with every change.

Your AI tools know the company

Claude, Codex and Cursor use what Will knows via MCP, with the same permissions as Will.

Quick guide

AI for IT teams: 5 practical uses at your company

In IT, AI helps you organize tickets, document your environment and keep access and licenses under control. Here are five things Will does in email, WhatsApp, ClickUp and the team’s spreadsheets.

  1. Tickets with a category and urgencyWill reads every request that comes in by email or WhatsApp, sets the priority, asks for what’s missing, such as which computer, which system and since when, and opens the card in ClickUp. Less back-and-forth before work starts.
  2. Onboarding and offboarding with no forgotten accessWhen someone joins or leaves, Will builds the access checklist, covering email, systems, shared folders and equipment, and follows up on each item until it’s closed. Forgotten access for someone who left is a risk.
  3. A map of the network and backupsFrom IT’s notes, Will organizes the network, the servers and the backups into one document and keeps it somewhere the team can find it.
  4. Equipment and license inventoryWill reads the laptop and license spreadsheet and flags what expires in the next 90 days, what has no owner and what’s duplicated.
  5. AI use rules for the teamWill writes the proposed policy: which tools are allowed, what data never goes into them and who decides on a new tool. Run it by legal before you share it.

To evaluate Will, IT can start with where it connects and with what permissions: see the integrations and how Will handles access and data.

What’s open for me today?

Will

Two requests: the printer in shipping and the warehouse router. I already solved the other four and replied to each person.

The supplier confirmed delivery for Friday, in the 10:12 email. I’ve already told Júlia.

Frequently asked questions

Is Will a help desk?

No. It organizes requests, handles the day-to-day ones and follows the rest through to the end, with ClickUp as the place where the work lives.

Does it make changes in company systems?

It does, with the access you grant. You decide what Will does on its own and what it brings to you. Payments and anything you mark as sensitive always go through you.

Does it have MCP?

It does. Will’s MCP server lets Claude, Codex and Cursor use what Will knows about the company, with the same permissions. See AI tools and agents.

What about security?

Will only uses the access you grant, and each person only sees what they’re allowed to see. The details are in Security and LGPD (Brazil’s data protection law).
