Hey Will
Will

Right now, you’re the one keeping the firm’s deadlines in your head.

Will works in your firm’s Outlook, ClickUp and WhatsApp. It links each court notice to the right case, creates the deadline task for the lawyer in charge, asks clients for what’s missing and answers "How’s my case going?" with the latest status.

Today, without Will

Every back-and-forth becomes Will’s work.

This is the back-and-forth of an ordinary day. Will takes all of it on and tells you when it’s done.

Your day so far5back-and-forths
  1. Read the day’s court notices in my inbox
  2. Asked the client again for the signed power of attorney
  3. Looked for the contract he sent in March
  4. Answered "How’s my case going?" for three clients
  5. Went over the deadline spreadsheet before heading home

Leave the deadlines to me. You focus on the legal argument.

What Will takes off your plate

Court notices on the right case

Will reads the court notices that land in Outlook, links each one to its case in ClickUp and creates the deadline task for the lawyer in charge.

The week’s deadlines, each with an owner

The firm’s deadlines show up week by week, with who’s handling each one, and Will reminds that person the day before.

Missing documents

For each case, Will asks the client for what’s missing, follows up again as the deadline gets close and attaches whatever comes in to the case.

"How’s my case going?" answered

Clients get their case status on WhatsApp or by email, straight from ClickUp, without pulling the lawyer away from drafting.

Legal fees on track

Will checks fee installments against what hit the bank through Open Finance (regulated by Brazil’s Central Bank) and reminds any client who’s behind.

Quick guide

How to use AI at a law firm: 5 practical uses

At a law firm, AI helps you summarize cases, organize documents and keep clients informed, without replacing legal analysis. Here are five things Will does in email, the calendar and the follow-up on each case.

  1. The case file in chronological orderWill summarizes the case with the parties, claims, rulings and what’s pending, with the page for each piece of information. Whoever takes over the case starts out knowing where it stands.
  2. Case updates explained to the clientWhen there’s a new development in the case, Will explains to the client, without legalese, what happened, what comes next and whether they need to do anything.
  3. One document list per caseFor each type of case, such as an employment claim or a contract review, Will builds the list of what to request from the client, sends it right at engagement and follows up on anything missing.
  4. Draft filings from the firm’s templatesUsing the firm’s templates and the facts of the case, Will writes the first draft of the petition or notice. Every citation of statute and case law is checked against the official source before filing.
  5. Hearing prepBefore the hearing, Will builds an outline with the key points of the case, the likely questions and the documents that need to be on hand, and blocks time for the prep on Google Calendar. Strategy belongs to the lawyer.

Confidentiality starts with who decides what leaves the firm: see how you decide what Will does on its own.

What’s missing for the complaint in Marcos’s case?

Will

Two documents: proof of address and the signed power of attorney. The firm asked on Monday, and he hasn’t replied. The internal deadline in ClickUp is Thursday.

Can you ask him again?

Will

Just asked on WhatsApp, with the list and the Thursday deadline. The proof of address already came in, and I attached it to the case.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with our legal software?

Yes. Will works with Outlook, Gmail, WhatsApp and ClickUp, with finance in Conta Azul or Omie, and with banks through Open Finance. And if your legal software has a login, Will uses it too.

Does Will manage court deadlines?

Will links each court notice to its case, creates the deadline task and reminds the person in charge the day before. Calculating the deadline, and responsibility for it, stay with the lawyer.

Does it give legal opinions or draft filings?

That’s not its focus. Will handles the running around: court notices, deadlines, documents and clients. The legal analysis belongs to your team.
